Position: Converting Operator
Hourly Rate: £11.44 (with potential for increase)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Machinery: Utilize converting machinery in a manufacturing setting to facilitate production processes efficiently.
- Previous Experience: Preference for candidates with prior experience operating converting machinery, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot machinery issues effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail to uphold quality standards throughout the production process.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
