WATER EFFICIENCY SURVEYOR!!
Pertemps are offering a brand new opportunity, we are looking for Water Efficiency Surveyor based in the Barnsley Area.
Our client is a well-known Utility company, and due to business expansion, they are looking to grow their team alongside with it!
Job Type - Temp-Perm
Job Duties:
- Locating, surveying, and reading water meters based on information provided, in a domestic, commercial, or industrial environment.
- Surveying of a building’s water consuming assets and investigating the causes of high consumption.
- Accurately recording of survey information and findings via an app.
- Communicate with customers regarding site visit arrangements.
- Report to Water Operations Manager regarding progress of works.
EXPERIENCE and REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must hold UK driving licence.
- Must be focused on safe working.
- Must be a reliable self-starter with an eye for detail.
- Must have a can-do attitude with a willingness to resolve problems.
- Must be an excellent, customer focused communicator.
Job Details:
Working Week: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 40 hour week including breaks. Hours typically are between these hours, but need to be flexible of the customer.
Pay Rate: £25,000-£35,000 per year
Duration: On-going assignment
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience within a plumbing, building services or multi-skill engineering / surveying. They must understand how water is consumed within a commercial building, including issues that can cause waste of water or leakage
